Range of prices should be less than 7000 indian Rupees...

Everything except J series and budget level T series has a modem. If you want to step up from dial-up to ADSL speed, go for a 3G (UMTS) handset.
Hi speed 3G handsets are on the way - 1.3 Mbps UMTS.
