Sorry for such a simple question, I know about file manager mode nevertheless reading the instructions it looks like it should be possible to download pictures taken with the camera also in phone mode....but can't find how!

with the K750, you had to access the memory stick as a drive in windows file explorer when connected to your PC. it was not available to access in the SE file explorer
in the K800 you can access the phone internal memory and the memory stick via the SE pc suite file manager if you connect in phone mode, or via separate drive letters in windows explorer if you use file transfer mode
