the E61 features wifi g and voip out of the box...so the best bang for the buck is definitely the nokia. BUT i do have a m600i because of the touchscreen!

Thanks CORENTIN!

Do u also have E61 or have you used it yourself ever? Tell me is there any difference in the Office applications of the two sets? I mean, are both the office applications equally good at opening and editing word/excel sheets?

Is the touch screen of M600i so good that one can forgo the additional features of E61 as well as prepared to pay more for M600i?

Thanks in advance

well i have owned both sets and they are both really good i have to say!If you can live without the touchscreen then i m afraid the choice is not a choice anymore=e61. That being said, the m600i's touchscreen is really usefull!That's the selling point of the device since IMO, the thumboard of the e61 is head and shoulders above that of the m600i...
As for the "office" applications i have to say they're VERY limited on the e61 as well as on the m600i. However, the screen of the e61 makes it really easier to read word or excell files.

I own both Devices. I must say, that the Mail-Application of the E61 is far more advanced and working flawlessly (as opposed to the M600), so the E61 isbetter... (and I like Landscape-screens far more the Portrait-Screens)
Only point for the M600i is the Touchscreen;)

Eeeek, I'd mistaken E61 for another Nokia that gives a touchscreen and handwriting recognition - what's that model? How does it compare to M600?

@IRFCA_WDG-3A

you're thinking about the Nokia 7710. Well this is larger and heavier then the M600 and unlike the M600 has no keys. The 7710 is very high res ( 640x320) EDGE device (ie not 3G) and uses Symbian 7 not Symbian 9. Performance wise the browser on the M600 is much better while for the other apps the M600 does have a lead but as the 7710 has a 150mhrz CPU and is 2.75G the battery life is better. The 7710 is also unique in that no other commercial device runs Series 90. The screen of the 7710 is stunning!
