Few days ago i do reset all on my K800i and so many thing are gonw, but only one thing that I concern is "how to get the Demo tour link working again. In addition, i already did hard rest and rename the file to"Demo tour", which i downloaded from sonyericsson website and put it back to phone memory and also did the reset setting. Unfortunately, the Demo tour like still be the same I can not play my Demo tour file through the shortcut. Anyone please help me please plase please............
On mre question is there any new firmware, which can be downloaded from Sonyericsson Update Service yet?

The video is a case-sensitive,meaning that you MUST rename the file as the original setting, whether capital letters, with space or not,etc. The file must be .mp4 and MUST BE STORED in phone memory, not Micro Stick and MUST be in main sound folder, not sub-folder. Good luck.

Hm, I think it because you just did master reset, which means some 'links' are deleted. At least, It worked on my K750. Even I can change my Demo tour shorcut in my K750 with the one of W900 as long as the name,file format and storage location is the same as the original..
Perhaps the Demo Tour in the phone and from the wap site are of different 'metadata'?Try to copy from other K800,not from wap.

hey i just had a master reset now i can't use the demo tour shortcut in the entermaint folder. i tried renaming the demo tour with a small "t" and had 5 resets and also upgraded my k800i until now i cant use the shortcut key. please help me...

why don't you call se tech support for help .
