K800 has the following
better camera
bigger screen
high res. screen

They have I think the same video recording quality, though due to the bigger screen the K800 might record bigger videos, though I cannot confirm this.

no, the screen size has nothing to do with recording size

they support recording at QCIF resolution which is 176x144
