Had it for one month and I accidentally dropped my phone and now the screen pixel is all dead. Now all I see is black with red liquid in the corner. Is there any way I could fix it?

you need a new LCD.
its not an overly expensive component, your problem will be how to order it and who from...phone some local T68 retailers and ask for quotes on a new screen otherwise bring it into one but dont get fooled into thinking it should cost you near the price of the phone, they may try to overcharge for labour.
