> K750 keys on the loose

2 Days ago some keys of my K750 started failing. The keys that dont work anymore: joystick > (right) also isnt working, but in the media player it is working! How is this possible??? Is it the firmware or should I open my K750 and clean it?

I am experiencing this exact problem also. keys 1,2 & 3 not responding, joystick down and right not working but works fine when in games etc.. Phone turns on fine but will not turn off, several other buttons not working, sounds like a software fault but flashing has not solved it. Any help apreciated, regards - mervyn.
