Bookmark topic
I have deleted most of the K800i demos vids just because they are pretty pointless and am still waiting for my M2 Card. However the only vid I cant get rid of is the "Fly Away" vid, whenever I try it says protected file cannot delete.
Anyone know how to get rid of it?

Cant even copy it as its a protected file. Its stupid. Why allow all the other demo vids to be deleted but not this one.

Copy a 0 byte file of the same name into the folder, then delete it. That used to work...

As in you mean make a file 0 bytes of the same name to overwrite the other, then delete it? Didnt seem to work. Or maybe I have not named it exactly but as far as I can see from the information on the file its just called Fly Away.3gp ..?
EDIT: Sent a copy of the file to my laptop and then back and I can delete the copy but the original still remains protected.

Won't this just rename the one sent to Fly Away (2) .3gp or something like that?

Yes that it what happens. It doesnt overwrite it just names it with a number of copy.
Cant believe they have protected that one file. Stupid.

There was a hack of Opera knocking around that had a File Manger built into it and this could delete protected files. I heard it didn't work on the K800 though...
