Hello there!
I got my M600i a while ago now, ive had my vodafone sim for over a year now which originally i got with my samsung d500. The thing i want to know is:
I can see the 3g sign up near my phone signal, does this mean my sim is already 3g enabled, emails with 300k attatchments download pretty dam quick, and how do i get this live tv stuff? i got my vodafone contract through carphone warehouse. How do i stream video/news/weather etc? Is there a specific web page i need to enter for 3g stuff?
Does my m600i need to be flashed with a vodafone firmware to enable all the vodafone 3g features, if so where do i get the firmware and how do i install it?
Just been playing with a k800 on 3 network and the streaming options are fantastic.

I rang Vodafone customer services a few weeks ago because I was planning to buy the M600i. I had thought I was going to have to upgrade to a 3G phone to get a 3G sim card (and sell the phone). However, fortunately with Vodafone apparently all SIM cards are suitable for 3G provided you are on a current talk plan. I certainly seem to be getting the 3G logo appear on my M600i, although I haven't yet done much browsing to see if the speed is different (where I live is a poor 3G signal unfortunately, so the symbol comes and goes).
