Can anyone help please!
My phone crashed this morning and I'm now unable to load any Applications or Games.
I've tried a Master Reset on the phone but no luck.
Currently looking at the SE website to try and reinstall the software.
Anyone experienced this problem?

Service Update wouldn't work as firmware was upto date.
Called SE Support Centre who advised returning the phone to place of purchase.
O2 happily replaced the phone.
