I found this recently:
http://www.codeweavers.com/products/cxmac/
its a program under development which is supposed to allow any intel mac user the ability to install and run any windows app!
This really does sound like the both of best worlds to mean and if apple were to endorce this it could significantly increas apples market share and make them even better!!!

WOW! This is excellent news indeed no need for a separate partition, will have to get me a copy of this baby to try out.
Does this mean i could buy a pc game to play on my macbook or is it just for applications?

Currently, it only supports a small number of games and apps. Definately a step in the right direction but there's bound to be performance issues.

Quite possibly. I'm just thinking that at the end of the day, this thing is a fancy emulator and so you've got two programs running instead of one. I should imagine that a Windows emulator is going to be one very bulky piece of s**t even if it's not emulating the entire OS!

Has anyone tested it yet? Would be really great if it works. And the list of supported programs will surely grow.
