After a bit of searching and testing i have yet to encode a video at a reasonable bit rate with a resoloution of 320*240 successfully.
What does everyone else use to convert their videos with?
A link if possible would be great

iSquint. Makes perfect 320x240 movies and it's free. You can adjust the bitrate to your personal preference.

i use Nero Recode right now for my K750...
but i think it should still work for recoding when i get my K800.
