> bluetooth problem on W800i

i just bought a D750i and i was having problems with the bluetooth: everytime i wanted to turn bluetooth off the phone froze.
so what i did is that i flashed it into a w800i using DaVinci, and now the phone isn't freezing but other phones are having troubles detecting (and vice versa). Plus everytime i turn my phone on, bluetooth becomes activated even though it was off before i turned it off.
Any ideas??
