To tell you the truth, nah I dont really care about the warranty...
If I bought it in NZ, I would most likely buy online from an auction site, which basically means no warranty anyway. If I bought it from a shop, sure it would have a warranty, but it would also cost $300 more than they sell for online, and would have the horrible Vodafone firmware.
