recently, i changed sim cards in my SE s700i. When i switched back the sim cards, my phone does not work.. after i start it, it just gets stuck! nothing moves, and i cant do anything!! it just did this all of a sudden!!
whats the cause of this???
its the first time it does this in 18 months!!!!!

EDIT: i tried putting in a different sim card, it works fine. But how come my sim card works perfectly fine on a SE T68.

please help..
thank you...

Well it just doesn't make sense.

You took the original sim card out of the S700 and put a new one in.

The new one worked fine.

You put the original back in the S700 and it froze.

You put another back in the S700 and it worked.

You put the original sim card in your T68 and it works fine?

I'm stumped.

I take it your S700 is unlocked?

Get in the service menu and check the locks on your S700

YEAH EXACTLY!!!!!

no my s700 cant be locked.. becoz i tried different sim cards from different networks, its working fine... its very weird.... i was told that u might need to replace the sim card.. but i find it a bit dumb because if it needed a replacement it wont work in the T68 anyways...

Boba- It could be that SIMs have an issue.. Thou after 18 months it could very well be the phone.. Mine just froze to a couple of times, some time back. But sorted on its own.. Iav now given up really.. And oh yeah, mention of a Serv Cntr makes my blood boil.. Like a woman in need of Tampon on her Second day.. Iav been running behind SE Serv Cntr here to get me one damn facia/ body & they turn a blind eye all these months.. Body language clearly telling- we couldnt care less for an out of Production model.. This message was posted from a S700
