> Sony P910i sync problem

Hi,
I use the DS25 cradle to sync my P910i with my laptop. I only sync Lotus Notes calender and worked perfectly for at least 6months.
However yesterday I tried to sync and when the sync box came up on the PC, the initialise/analyse bar started to move next to the calender icon as normal, then an error box came up saying "error". When I clicked ok to it, 10secs later another come came up saying "sync failed".
I rang Sony who advised to reinstall the sync software and update the phone which I did.
It did not cure the problem.
I have two sync stations and it fails on both my PC and Laptop, so the problem must lie on the phone.
Any help pls?
I have not changed any settings on my phone or pc before these errors.
Pls help.

I deleted my whole calender on the phone and then tried to sync with only future appointments, still no joy.
Can anyone help pls?
