> disc2phone problem with k800i

i just recently got my k800i and was trying to transfer some music into my phone but it cant read it through the USB cable provided
it keeps saying please insert memory stick or phone through the USB cable
ive done it already and i cant seem to get it to recognise the phone
also in file transfer mode (i assume you put it into this mode to use disc2phone) i cant access my phone internal memory..its only available if i plug in the USB cable and dont pick a USB connection type
is it a problem with my drivers or just the phone in general?
