> k750 zoom problem

I have a k750i with latest firmware version. When I select Large picture size and I press the side volume buttons a note appears - Zoom is not available when large picture size is selected.
I updated my phone using SEUS, yet, nothing changed. Help pls, do I need to contact local support?

That's unusual. Have you tried updating again (i.e. reinstalling the update)?

When I bought the phone, zoom could not be used. I started SEUS and it stated that my phone's firmare does not need updating. I quit the program. Just today I decided to update the firmware (you know there is an option to continue installation of software, even though the phone has the latest soft)

usually, every image taken by K750 can be zoomed.. no exeptions.
but! if you happen to copy an image from your hard rive and place it on the phone, which in turn you find out that the size of the image is larger than 1622x1224 then its unlikely that the K750 can zoom into that image.
otherwise, bring it back to your supplier and ask for a replacement.
