i have an ericsson w800i and i am looking for a guide how to open the device...
can anyone help me with pictures or a link?
the situation is very sirious..i want to open the device

You need a small torx screw driver. You can usually pick up a cheap set from an electronics store.

The price of those torx screwdrivers wary a lot. I saw some of that size in a "cheap store" for 1 € / piece. Ofcourse you can spend a lot more for a pro set, your choise
I would recommend the service center if you have warranty left... Good luck anyway
