hi ppl...
I have modified my w800 for removing the sony erricson links on the folders (File Manager) using Far Manager... but now when i turn on my phone, it doesnt give me the startup menu where i can choose if i want phone mode or music only.
i have tried going to the settings and turning on the startup menu...but no luck... please HELP!

I followed these instructions:
Removing the SE Links in folders
Go here tpa/preset/system/custmenu/, and
tpa/preset/custom
Removing all the files from the custmenu folder, and all the .itm files from the second custom folder successfully removed the content hooks, as well as resetting my Play Now icon to the default SE one.
itm's are tar files with images and xml files inside. The itm sits in presetcustom and get's unpacked to preset/system/custmenu/ on master reset. So DESKTOP_HOOK_1.itm contents get unpacked to
preset/system/custmenu/DESKTOP_HOOK_1 when the phone is reset.
