or maybe its because blair is the youngest out of all the leaders and colour film was readily available in his time where as colour film was not available or was rare to find around the other leaders time.

Who said you were silly?...you got me wrong mate...just thought i'd mention it aswell,since i didn't know what else to post either.
Maybe they were trying to be all arty with the monochrome photography!
