How come it's still being used on fairly recent SonyEricssons like:
Z800
P910
K608
etc

And the strange thing is that these phones with the old connector are the only ones that work with the Bluetooth Car CAR-100

Phones with new connector like K750 don't work with the CAR-100

Could someone explain this?

Are they based on some kind of legacy platform?

K600/608 with the old connector, there is no carkit afaik with new plug, so no bhance to charge with latest se models. This message was posted from a WAP device

the first phone with the FASTPORT connector is k750i...
