Well me and luke are in the position of being owed a lot of money (him more so than me) by a member of this forum (naming no names) and it's clear he's not going to pay.
-It's been months.
-He's not answering his mobile.
-His brother/dad always says he's out whenever I call his home, infact I'm not even sure if it isn't him pretending to be his brother or dad.
-We haven't seen him on msn in a long while.
-There is no sign of the money.
We paid him money which he was sending to a supplier of his to get us the goods. We don't know if he ever sent the money, we have no proof either way.
All we do know is that we are owed money by this member.
So, neither me or Luke have ever been in this position before and we are unsure what to do...We've given him time, been patient with him and even begun to start to threaten him, but to no avail.
What do we do next?
Any help would be appreciated guys.

Its a long shot. But since you know the username of the guy here, you can somehow manage to find out the IP adress from which he posts. From that you can find his adress and go there and kick his ass!

Rather than "kicking his ass"... using the IP route, you need to approach the police. Gather ALL info form the transaction and I mean ALL info, everything from sms, email to letters and of money transfer documents. Approach your local station and ask for their help!

im sue they wouldnt only be too happy to help.
i assume were taing about brownlad here? if so i can prolly save a bit of time as i have his address somewhere. or if you have his home number, when you give all the info to the Police they can do a reverse check..

I think between us we have all his mobile numbers and can get his address, I also hold all his bank details from when I initally sent the money along with proff of sending etc.
I don't have anything against this user, but I need the money I have a car to fix, my parents are moving to spain and im going to uni next year...
I personally don't want to have to take this further but if I have to I will, I have looked into small clams sourts and if all goes tits up, but id rather not waste our time and just get the money back

Yeah sounds like you guys should just huddle up. Stop trying to contact him, if he was honest he would have contacted you...
Go to the police, if that fails go to his house with the police... along with all your info!
