> T68 IR connection to laptop problem

My laptop has a IR port that is called "Via Fast Infrared Controller", and I have a strange problem when connecting my T68 to it. When i put the phone in range of the IR port it takes about 3-4 minutes before it says "T68 is in range" which i think is very slow and the connection disappears almost at once. If I try to synchronize the phone with MS Outlookit fails to find the phone.
If i try to use another type of cellular phone with my IR port, for instance Nokia 6210 it takes maximum 2 seconds before the message "Nokia 6210 is in range" appears. The nokia-software works perfectly with the phone so the IR port on the laptop works fine
Now most of you would probably guess that there is a problem with my
telephone, but I can say there isn't because i tried on a friends laptop
where it worked perfectly. I also tried his T68 on my laptop which resulted in the same problem as with my telephone.
So it seems like my IR port has a problem with the IR port on T68s (or vice versa), anyone knows how to fix this? I got another friend that has the same roblem at his computer.
