i know this was discussed before but just can't find what i need with the search option. so what programs do you guys use to encode full-length movies for your phones? what settings? how smaller is the file after encoding?

you can use ImTOO 3GP video converter.at video option you can put at same_quality the same.and the video will have a good quality.at sound you can change the format of sound(choose mpeg4aac for a good quality of sound),then choose the bitrate(128 or 192 will be good),and then sample rate
at 48000.those are the settings wich i use for my encoding video.
