> upgrade tariff an mobile help needed

any one got idea to help. Got a staff tarriff phone on o2 i get 50% off line rental im on o2 100 at the moment with a 200 text bolt on wanted to upgrade to a k800 an was told in as many words its gonna cost me big style they want £180 weither or not i change my tarriff !!
any ideas any one or should i call it a day an just quit the contract and sign up with a better network ; )

mate i work for o2 aswell, tell them to stuff themselves. on page four of the new brochure it says they match o2 online for handset price, and the K800i is now free on all o2 online tariff, therefore the phone will be free to upgrade to on your o2-100 plan
