I have a k700c and a cruiser cable
I want to flash it to the latest firmware, R2CA001 according to http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=66330
My current firmware version is R2E011

Now my phone is CID29. And if I understand what that means, is that it refers to the security checks on the phone. If I want to use the latest firmware, I have to upgrade my phone to CID36 first. Is that correct?

And from what I've been reading, the only way to do that is using Davinci client and purchase credits, first to switch to CID36 and then upgrade the firmware. Is there any other way I can do that, since I have a service cable already?

Also, my phone is a k700c, not k700i. Can I use any firmware, or does it have to be specific to k700c? I've been doing some more reading and it seems the "CDA" dictactes this. My phone reports

So in short, is it possible to upgrade my firmware without having to use Davinci's client, instead using SEMCTool 2.2 or something along those lines? Thanks
