> Questions on SE HBH-300 BT headset

Hi everybody (especially HBH-300 owners),
I have a HBH-300 and am very happy with it; so happy that I want to have a second one (as a reserve) or an equivalent replacement. So, my questions are:
1- which is the latest firmware version? mein is R2A; what is yours?
2- what are the important upgrades within the different firmware versions, i.e., which version should I get at least?
3- can the firmware be aupgraded (flashed)?
4- where to get a new HBH-300 in Switzerland or Germany?
5- what is an equivalent replacement for HBH-300 especially with regrad to noise cancellation?
