hi i have started being asked for a pin for movies i have recorded and have no idea what the pin is.
i know its meant to be the last 4 digits of the viewing card but it isnt and it isnt the last 4 digits of the last viewing card which was in the box. i havent set the pin manually either. does anybody know what else the pin can be?

we only get that pin request when we have recorded certain classification movies which are shown after watershed, but which we subsequently try to watch before watershed time.
the pin number is one we chose at the time we signed up for sly plus so you will most certainly have to talk to sky to work that one out

the pin used to be the last 4 digits on ur sky active card like 5 years ego so it still might be the same, might be worth a try

alredy tried all the cards with no luck. i dont memember changin the pin either tho
