The Zeiss company should really start reconsidering their relationship with Nokia - reviews like this dont work to their benefit. The N90 (another Zeiss)/K750 duel was bad enough, now this could be the last nail in their coffin.
*note: last time I checked, Zeiss makes lenses for cameras/micro-photography - basically, still imaging (correct me if this is no longer accurate). A heads-up to fanboys who scream "K800 video quality is crap, etc etc".

And a digi cam beats all fones in quality. A cam fone is ok for fun, dont get why the tons of posts about comparisons, imo its pointless

Well, yes in most aspects the K800 is better (the compression of the N93 photos was pretty bad as well) but the K800's purple fringing is quite a bit worse than the N93's. And why? It's all down to the lense. I still did find it weird when they decided to put Carl Zeiss lenses in Nokias, not SEs. Do you know what I'm hoping for in the next Cybershot phone
? Still a great result from two very differently priced phones.

seen the pictures on mobile-review?
the postioning goes like this in the 3megapixel shootout
1st. n93 - and you can see it
2nd. k800
3rd. n80

Of course the cam feature is high ranked now a days, but i would never go for a fone cos of it. Might be some day fone cams will offer the same level as digi cams, but then way more powerful batts will be needed, cos taking many pix do drains batt. Yet.
