No they dont since iam currently in USA and they said it will. But you will never know untill you reach.
I was fooled by their customer care 121 saying it will. i got my cell recharged with 5000/- and fouund useless.
So now i have to call and consume my 5000/- within a valid period. This is what they gain.
In india service market has to grow up and try not to fool consumers. Hope a day will come where we consumers are respected.

Strange...cause when I was leaving 4 Dubai, abt 5 months ago & I'd enquired abt it, I was clearly told that Airtel doesn't provide gprs while roaming international, newhere in the world.
