so i dropped it yesterday and i can use it normally except the screen stays white. not cracked or anything and when i dropped it the phone froze on my screensaver and after a few secs the light went off but pressing a button would light it back up again. after that i took out the battery and then thats when the prob started. i cant get to my t6 screwdriver just yet to check the screen but the covers now off and everything seems ok. any ideas?

sounds like the lcd is dead if you have unplugged the lcd and replugged.

If there is no discolouration in the display I would think it is probably O.K. I'd be looking for damage to the circuit board. It may something as simple as a dislodged button.

i will have to wait till i get hold of my t6. the screen only stays white and when it froze there was still a pic on. i will try to unplug and re plug later
