If you have ever done phone banking or called your network providers customers service,then it will be very likely that you got transfered over to over to a Indian call centre...Now do you want to see what really goes behind the scenes in a call centre?....Then watch this short 12 minute film..All i can say is that its very entertaining,you will have to watch this its a must see!
