I just heard from very truefull sources from Sony Ericsson, that Sony Ericsson W810i display have a big problem called ^ krosstak ^, i got a W810i but i didnt notice that problem directly, but this source which told me about that seriouse problem, he said its the whole display which is bad and Sony Ericsson canīt do nothing to fix it unless they order new displays to match thier request for that model .. and thatīs will be very coasty .. so i guess they will NOT do it .. you guys with W810i should live with that problem till you get new phone
Anyone heard that problem too ??

I did noticed some scanning-like lines on the display but never thought it was a problem. Does the k790 has it too?

Yes, this is what they mean .. i have not seen it well yet .. cause i just bought my W810 .. i had a K610i which was much better in display ..

I dont think it gonna fail .. but i think it gonna be worse .. but anyway Sony Ericsson gives 2 years garanti .. so if you get more problems.. just fix it by thier garanti ..

If you have a black or white background, you maybe can see there is a CROSSTAK .. there like an area which is ligheter than rest of the display which looks like a cross !! but its not that noticable directly ..

Just had a good look at my W810i and can't see any problems at all with the display... perhaps it was just a rogue batch or an early firmware problem?
