Dear All,
Please help.. I've read previous messages here but i'm non the wiser... I'm trying to Sync my M600i with outlook and cant work out whats happening wrong...
When i click on synchronise now...nothing happens...it looks like something is loading/happening...then nothing...
Again when i click the sync manager, nothing seems to work...anything i click on just looks like something is going to load...then nothing!! Confused
I've recently updated my firmware to: R4A002
Any ideas appreciated!

A couple of basic questions:
1) Did you install the DataViz RoadSync (ActiveSync) .SIS file on your phone?
2) Are you trying to syncronize to your company's Exchange Server?
Let's start with those and see if we can diagnose and fix the issue.

Thanks for your reply RxistKJ...no I didnt install the Activesync program on my Phone, I did install the Exchange Activesync program but seeing as I am not syncing to an exchnage server, I thought it wouldnt work...
Just wondering through.... where does it tell you to do this? Assuming most people like me dont even read the instruction manual and just stick the cd in... I dont recal getting any instructions to do that!!
Anyway, thanks for the advice I'll give it a try!!
