You might check with your IT department and confirm that they have granted you permissions to access the server from a mobile device. I use VPN extensively from my notebook computer but out IT people have a higher than normal level of paranoia and will not allow me to use my mobile to access email. You might also want to find out what security client they are using as that may be blocking you.

I usually access my mail using a Cisco VPn and I can even access mail using my m600 if I use a standard dial up connection. On the other side, I do not know if all the infomation I netered are correct and if the messaging is using the corect vpn connectuon; I did not find a way in the VPN client or in the mail client to link the vpn connection to the mail or to a specific internet connection

The vpn client link directly to the current active connection. I have tmobile usa. I uses the tmobile website to setup both wap and internet on the phone. I have no problem access the corp email after the phone has vpn in. You might want to check the setting. The only problem is that vpn dies after a while so you have to relogin.

I installed the VPN client, is there a way I can import my companies preset profile into it? It is a .pcf file (Cisco).
Reason I am asking is that I do not know the "Group Password" and am sure my IT dept would never ever provide it to me..

Helle everybody
I downloaded the VPN-Client here:
http://www.sonyericsson.com/s[....]9_4_1&zone=pp&lm=pp9&prid=4213
I tried to configure the VPN-Client and connect with GPRS, but without success.
Then i tried to ping to the hostname, so i entered the hostname and pressed the ping-button.
First the program shows me the correct host-ip then it says: timeout.
Could anyone of you tell me if the ping works for you?
Sorry for my bad english.
