Firstly, why is there no Album menu, instead of only Artists and Tracks? How can SE claim to call this a media player with no Album menu??

However, I found if I go to Artists -> All, I then see a list of albums, including my various artists albums. If I then select any album, it shows me the correct list of tracks for that album.

All good, or so you might think. If I try to play the first track, the phone plays the tracks in track name alphabetical order instead of track number order!!

This is really annoying, does anyone know a workaround for this? My only option at the moment is to set up a playlist for each various artist album which is not ideal.

set up a playlist for the album...simple as that

All I do is drop each album in it's own folder, then make a list and use the 'mark all' option inside each folder

I wonder what other "media player" forces you to make playlists to get an album play in the correct order? Not impressed!

Personally, I'm used to it. I use WinAMP on my PC, and have to make a playlist for each album (takes me all of 10 seconds). Not sure how other media players work.
