So, I have a K800 on Orange but have been considering it to "regular" SE firmware. Can anybody tell me the specific changes that will occur besides the menu icons?
I assume I will have to get all of my MMS/GPRS/3G settings etc sent again?

I know there have been major issues with the 'orangified' firmware in the past (K700i was a good example), but both the K750i and now the 800 seem good to me.

I don't find this Orange branding bad, but if the phone can be improved I would be looking at ways to do it. From what I read, the following are all changed:
Ability to use Blog tool
Main menu speed improved
Original Menu Icons restored
Ability to set own start up picture
Ability to use Over-The-Air firmware update
As I say, it isn't a big deal, I was just looking for thoughts on those who have done it to see whether it was worthwhile or whether the improvements are incremental at best.
