Just being curious, I launched SEUS and tried to update my K800i. After releasing C button SEUS said something like No update available, your phone has the latest firmware..Is this normal, guys? I mean why doesn't SEUS let me update my R1CB001...I had the option of "Continue anyway" in my K750 meaning that I can 're-update' the phone firmware despite the same firmware is available...but not in my K800i. Anyone trying to launch SEUS lately...?? I'm afraid something wromg with my phone CDA..IMEI or something which prevents the phone to be updated via SEUS....thanks...

I had the same problem with my K600i.
SE-support didn't know what to do with it...

I then used a commercial tool to update the firmware myself.
After this, I can now succesfully use SEUS.

Probably 'something' in the CDA idd... or firmware too old or so (?).

well i don't think it's anything since there's no new firmwares out or anything.
i think you should wait til they release a new firmware on SEUS, then try to update, and if it still doesn't let you, that's when you know you have a problem.

Hey how did u get urs to work? I dont get anything after releasing the C button. It either goes back the the Start screen or stays there and doesn nothing.
I am new to using the SEUS so I have no idea whats going on.
Can you guide me on how to fix this issue or what I have to do to get this to work. And I am using the USB cable that came with it and I downloaded the SEUS from the support website in the manual.

Have you got any USB Flash records in ur registry? if no install flash driver manually. get it from dacinciteam.com

Have you made sure there even is a firmware out on SEUS? Since no new firmware has been released and all phones comes with the latest firmware, there really makes no sense for SE to put the current firmware up on SEUS. Those who might want it, people having beta review samples, can't use SEUS anyway because their phones are brown versions instead red (retail).

Always the best for Vicser. Thanks so much for the info. Mine is generic Malaysia and Singapore. I bought mine in official SE store in my town. Haven't tried the color yet..I'm away from my PC..Thanks..
