> K800i Sync Problems

Hi all,
I've just recieved my new K800i on Orange and I have been trying to sync it with Outlook 2003.
I've installed all the software and my computer recognises my phone and allows me transfer files to it when in the File Transfer mode, but when I put it in the Phone Mode to sync it my computer doesn't see the phone.
I have tried reinstalling the software and also running the connection wizard again but the phone never gets picked up when in Phone Mode. I've tried connecting up my old K750i and it allows me to sync Outlook.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be the problem or ways to get round it, any help would be appreciated?

Mine was syncing, but once it synced Outlook would hang next time you opened it.
So I uninstalled and reinstalled exactly as the instructions tell you and now it won't sync at all, but does see the phone in USB mode.
I've uninstalled again and deleted as much from the registry as possible, but still it wont sync or see the phone in phone mode.
Any ideas anybody?
