Hello,
I've just got a K800 and i'm having problems seeing the phones memory as a drive on my laptop. I have installed all of the drivers it asks for first you plug in the usb. I have also installed the File Manager software that comes on the cd with the phone.
All seems fine - the phone appears as F:, but when i click on it to view the contents I am asked to "insert a disk" - much like when you try to open your a: drive without a floppy in it.
I'll keep trying to sort it out but if anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
