> W810i Software update problem?

I want to update my phone's software with the phone's initial update program. I downloaded update, then phone restart and begin update. After phase 1 it fails and phone started. I saw a message says" Update failed, will report to SE". Is it a common problem or happens to me. Solution?

Yes, that seems to be a more or less common problem. I encountered the same strange behaviour.
I recommend that you use SEUS (the Windows application) with the phone connected to the PC via the USB cable instead.

try using SEUS (GPRS is expensive in the UK) would recomend it done via PC anytime can monitor the prosses

I also tried SEUS. I freezes during update. It happens when you see Sony Ericsson LOGO window. (After animation)
