Sorry M8,

Don't know how to fix that... I do know that the non orriginal cables are more fixed 2 the phone than the orr.

Cheers

This is what happens when you pull out the player straight out without bending the player upwards when disconnecting it from the phone. A lot of people come to my work and complain exactly about this. The only thing that helps is by "tightening" the 3 plastic connectors a bit. Otherwise you should try to get sourself a new player (just the unit) on your warranty.

If you examine the function of them you will find that they're supposed to "expand" after you put it in the socket of the phone. If you bend them by yourself you could get a better fit. It's even better if you use hot air blower to soften them up a bit. Hope you get it working.

Thanks!

But isnīt it strange that it disconnencts and interrupt the "play"? I mean itīs not like "it" has been totally removed from the phone, just a bit displaced!.

Ok, that is probably caused by oxidised contacts. Try to clean them with a q-tip dipped in pure alcohol. Both the phone connectors and the HPM-10 connectors.
