Hy, i just baught w810i yesterday nyt , i opened the bttery cover and inserted the battery , but i didnt inserted the sim..(I just wanted to check whether it is charged or not)....den i closed the battery cover....after some time i tried to open the battery cover again inorder to insert the sim , but it doesnt open.....its stuck...
i tried whole nyt but no use ....i'm thinking to go to the mobile shop from where i baught it , but b4 tht i was thinking any budy on esato can help me.

This happened to me and I asked the same question here. if you go to search and look for "Got my w810" there are some possible soloutions (sorry don't know to put a link here)
None of these worked for me tho, so I got a replacement phone.
