can anybody tell me is there anyway of enhancing the internal memory of my w550i or is there any device which can be attached to it for increasing the memory.

This is regularly asked and unless you are an elctronics engineer and physically have larger memory modules that you want to solder onto the PCB then the answer is NO!!!
AND
EVEN if you did do this, you would also need to increase the memory software parametres. IE write new firmware.
