When I first got mine I wanted to believe that that silver strip that contains the camera button and goes right round the phone was alumin(i)um and gave the phone great strength.
Then I realised... it's plastic.

The covers of the K608i surely is made out of plastic! I manage to see the SILVER color edition ofthe K608i too (white, black and silver) . . . though have not 'touched' it to check the 'feel' . . .
