Has anyone managed to install BB Connect 3.31 for the M600i for an Enterprise Edition account? I use the BB Connect desktop app and click connect, but it always times out. It just says connecting and doesn't do much of anything after that. I'm not sure if it's my phone, my computer, the client or the desktop software. Wondering if anyone else has made it work and if they could help a brother out.

If you haven't already done so, try the Blackberry forum website:

Good luck!

I was able to get it to work, i selected enterprise when it asks at the begining, waited for the sign saying that the phone has been registered. Then open the configuration tool, ensure it was using the correct outlook profile, then i clicked connect. A message popped up saying if i wanted to wireless sync my calender (which i do, but i have been unable to get that bit to work). After that the phone should have all the relevant setting. Is the software able to see the phones PIN? One thing that maybe worth doing is remove you as a blackberry user on the blackerry sever, then send yourself a new activation key. Then try and connect again.
Keep me posted on your progress...

when I do the same, the phone reboots "to improve performance." evrey time. that of course kills the process and leads to a hiccup. when i click connect the next time around it just says connecting for a good 20 mins (at which point i give up).
the new firmware (r4a002) is some real bad stuff. it keeps rebooting my phone. i've done a master reset, i've reinstalled the same firmware and nothing. i wish i never installed it.

i only asked because the inital blackberry connect software was not compatible with the lastest firmware. Let me do some digging around with my setup and see if there is anything else that i can think of.
