does anyone know if it is possible to replcae the standard 2mp camera to higher resolution one etc 3.2mp 4mp etc or is it not possible because of the software, firmware

i seriously doubt it's possible. the firmware probably wouldnt understand it, it could have different connector or anything. Maybe it is though, which would be cool

afaik it depends on hw aswell. Personally i wouldnt enjoy 3 or 4 mp pix on that tiny screen

Hardware wise its possible, its just a simple case of performing a DIY hardware mod, but the SE software the phone is running wouldnt know how to use it and would therefore probably leave it dead.
You'd need to perform a firmware edit, using something like FAR (if its possible using such freely available software), but even if you managed to do both, i doubt the K750i's hardware (memory, processor) could cope with such added technology being used with it.
Basically, you'd be better off just buying a K800i.
