Is the UK national rail line number included in o2's 'anytime' minutes when on contract?
The number is 0845 7 48 49 50
On a side note - its all become automated now, and when you ring the above number, it gives you the option to press 1 to connect you through to the new 'Train Tracker' service, which the direct number for is 0871 200 49 50, so also is this included as o2 minutes?
If not, which is cheaper?

I think they are both the same price but also try the wap version which is much more accurate.

its much quicker and it remembers your home station and you can have your journey sent to you as a text.

Yeah the wap one sounds good, but the reason I was asking in the first place is because I am trying to make sure I don't spend much above my free mins and texts, and 02 only provides a crappy 100kb for free [I think thats right, I'm on the o2 400 tariff] and then charges ridiculous amounts per mb, so I think I will avoid the wap site - thanks though

Actually, having said all of that, the automated Train Tracker service almost made me throw my week old K800i at a wall because I got so bloody agravated with the voice recognition which ceases to work as soon as your in a slightly noisy area...it goes something like...
Comp: Tell me your station
Me: Staplehurst
Comp: Was that Allandale in Northumbria?
Me: No
Comp: Right, what time do you want to depart Allendale in Northumbria?
Me: Arghhhhhhhhhhhh
Comp: Was that 1:30am?
....you get the message
So how many KBs do you reckon it takes to check the average train journey?

Thats what I mean.
You can get a time table look up in about 10 wap pages I reckon. 1p a page - supposedly - on O2 after the free initial wap runs out.

o2 charge standard rates for accessing both the 07 and 915000 numbers since introducing the gprs free allowance only tariffs. They used to mix gprs and csd allowances and you could use your minutes to access 915000.
It's a shame.
