then start w800 exe and follow the instructions after that make sure you have all contacts etc backed up then do a master reset which will make the phones hardware recognised to w800i.

Seems that your phone is CID49. w800.exe is only suitable for phones up to CID35.
CID49 (new k750i phones) isn't possible to change for the w800.exe update.
